Canada has ten provinces and three territories. To attract talent at a provincial and territorial level, each province and territory use their own Provincial Nominee Programs.

Eligibility criteria and qualifications are decided and vary by the province or territory.

Most program require applicants to have an Express Entry profile.

Some provinces have online application systems for nominee programs while others use a paper application process.
